On Friday morning at 7am Rachel Piano-Pooley is offering Yoga Nidra in the Four Seasons Resort Chapel. Yoga Nidra is a restorative guided meditation practice that requires nothing of you except an ability to lie down, breathe, and listen, while at the same time, helps you to achieve a sankalpa (resolve/intention.) After experiencing a Yoga Nidra practice, you might feel a calm, balanced, and focused energy wash over you; a perfect start to your morning.

On Saturday morning at 7am you will have your choice of meditation offered by Duane Fisher in the Four Seasons Resort Chapel or Yoga on the Lawn offered by Rachel Piano-Pooley.

No knowledge of or meditation/yoga experience required. Please be sure to bring a towel.
