As Executive Vice President of Development and Current at Left/Right, Anneka Jones is that rare mix of both development executive and showrunner. Since the company's inception, she’s had a hand in virtually every project that Left/Right has developed, and she continues to play an active role in all ongoing series production. Anneka began her career at MTV, where she worked as a producer for the network’s News & Docs division for nearly eight years. She was particularly involved in the network’s more serious documentary fare, and produced documentaries about drug addiction, hate crimes, and other tough subjects. Left/Right’s latest projects include The Zoo for Animal Planet, RIDE with Norman Reedus for AMC, and The Weekly, a new television show with the New York Times set to air in Spring 2019.
