Frequently Asked Questions

The lineup is set: speakers, panels, and island experiences, with a few surprises still ahead. See the full “set list” on the lineup page. Below are answers to common questions.

What is Worthshop?

The Worthshop conference series is a legacy of big ideas, unforgettable settings, and a mix of industry leaders and unexpected voices. It’s a curated gathering from across industries at a spectacular Hawai‘i location—designed for meaningful dialogue, fresh perspective, and connection that lasts.

What’s the schedule like?

WS9 is a two-day, two-night gathering on Maui. Day 1 kicks off with a choose-your-adventure excursion: catamaran sail along South Maui’s coast, surf school, or a waterfall hike through Maui’s tropical forest, followed by panels and a special evening session. Day 2 offers unexpected voices designed to shift perspectives, keynote sessions, outdoor dining, live music, and a closing celebration.

Who will you hear from at Worthshop?

Hear from leaders, creatives, and pros sharing real-world insights alongside unexpected voices in science, creativity, leadership, markets, storytelling, and modern work. Sessions are focused, useful, and surprising—widely described as not your average real estate conference.

Is there time to network at Worthshop?

Absolutely. WS9 is all about connection. You’ll connect through shared meals, meaningful conversations, outdoor adventures, and intentional breaks built into the day. Evenings bring everyone together to celebrate, unwind, and engage in authentic connection.

What’s With the Island Excursions?

This is one of the most special parts of Worthshop. We spend the morning in small groups, connecting with each other and with Maui in unforgettable ways. Choose your adventure — a catamaran snorkel sail, a surf school with local guides, or a waterfall forest hike. It’s about getting grounded together before we return for afternoon panels. Transportation and lunch are included.

How do I plan travel and lodging?

Fly into Kahului Airport (OGG), about 30 minutes from Wailea. Ground transportation options are available. To book your hotel stay visit our Book & Save page or reach out for questions.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably in resort casual during the day—think light layers, sandals, and sun protection. For evening gatherings and celebrations, we suggest elevated island evening attire fit for dining, dancing, and warm Maui nights under the stars.

What is included with event ticket?

Your Worthshop 9 ticket includes two full days and nights of programming at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. On Thursday, you’ll start with an optional island excursion by sea, surf, or land, with lunch provided. The afternoon features speaker and panel sessions, followed by sunset luxury property tours and an outdoor evening program with film and speakers. Friday continues with a full day of sessions, a hosted lunch, closing remarks, and an evening dinner celebration with live music. In addition, your ticket includes full access to the amenities of the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.

What are the event costs?

The cost to attend Worthshop 9 is $1,500 per person. Attendees who book a room at the Four Seasons Resort Maui receive a $300 discount on registration, bringing the total to $1,200. Simply reserve your hotel stay first, then use the provided discount code when registering for the event.

How can I save $300 on my ticket?
