Bonnie Wedemeyer is the Executive Vice President of National Condominium Sales & Strategy for Howard Hughes. Overseeing the company’s launch strategy for condominium sales in Texas, Nevada, Hawai‘i, and Asia, she takes a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to the development timeline, guiding projects through feasibility, design consulting, market positioning, sales strategy, and execution.

Since joining Howard Hughes and the Ward Village team in 2018, Bonnie has transformed community marketing strategies to drive record-breaking condominium sales. Prior to Howard Hughes, she spent 11 years as Director of Luxury Projects for Heyer and Associates in Honolulu, where she led some of the city’s most notable launches.

Originally from the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Bonnie holds a degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and serves on the board of the Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy. In Hawai‘i and nationwide, she is considered a legend in luxury development, shaping communities and setting standards for how ambitious projects come to market.
