As the CEO of Inman, Emily Paquette leads one of the real estate industry’s most influential and forward-thinking organizations.

Emily has spent the last decade building deep relationships across the real estate industry and scaling a modern, high-performing sales operation at Inman. She began her career working in residential and commercial real estate in the Bay Area. Her interest in media was sparked early, influenced by her brother’s role as the Newsweek Bureau Chief for Beijing, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.

Emily has held several senior leadership roles at Inman, including serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In 2014, she led the launch of Inman’s subscription business, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth. She also played a key role in Inman’s 2022 sale to Beringer Capital. Under her leadership, Inman acquired Blueprint in 2024, expanding the company’s reach beyond residential real estate and into the broader built world. She also launched Inman Intel, the company’s research and data arm, providing deeper insights to industry leaders navigating a rapidly evolving market.
