President of Corcoran Affiliates

Stephanie Anton is the President, Corcoran Affiliates where she oversees the growth and operations of The Corcoran Group’s global expansion through its fast-growing affiliate network. Anton, who joined Corcoran in July 2020 as Senior Vice President of Affiliate Marketing and Growth, was most recently the SVP of Corcoran Affiliates and served as the Managing Director of Global Service across five of the six Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy) brands.

As President of the Corcoran Affiliate Network, Anton is responsible for leading Corcoran’s franchise business. With deep experience across franchise marketing and operations, Anton is laser-focused on helping Corcoran grow its global network while helping the brand’s respective affiliates grow in their local markets. 

Since launching the affiliate network in February 2020, Corcoran has been recognized as one of the fastest growing franchise brands in the industry. The brand is now represented from California to the British Virgin Islands and touches many premium urban and second home markets in between. Corcoran boasts a strong pipeline of affiliate growth, and Anton’s exclusive focus on the franchise business has helped fuel further expansion and development.

Anton is a deeply respected and experienced residential real estate leader. Named to the prestigious Swanepoel 200 List, Inman’s 101 List of Innovative Leaders, RIS Media’s 2022 Newsmakers, HousingWire’s 2022 Women of Influence and Luxury Daily's Luxury Women to Watch, she has also been recognized by the NAWRB (National Association of Women in the Real Estate Business) as Marketer of the Year.

 Anton holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Boston University. She currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and their Vizsla, Moxi.
