Ginger Wilcox is the powerhouse President of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, where she leads a global lifestyle brand with more than 11,500 affiliated agents across 400 offices in the U.S., Jamaica, the Bahamas, Australia, and Türkiye. At the helm of one of the most trusted names in real estate, she oversees growth, strategy, and operations with equal parts vision and drive.

A recognized leader in real estate and proptech, Ginger has held high-impact roles spanning technology, brokerage, mortgage lending, and transaction services. She was Co-CEO and Chief Revenue Officer at RealSure, the joint venture between Anywhere and Home Partners of America, where she helped pioneer frictionless solutions for residential transactions. As Chief Experience Officer at Homepoint, she shaped the brand into one of the nation’s top ten non-bank mortgage lenders, serving more than 400,000 customers. Earlier in her career, she helped transform online engagement as Head of Industry Marketing and Relations at Trulia, and founded Marin Fine Properties, an award-winning brokerage honored by Inman and the National Association of REALTORS®.
