Philosopher by training, speaker by calling, and creative at heart, Matthew Ferrara brings more than three decades of global experience in leadership, learning, and growth. With a background that spans talk radio, real estate, executive coaching, and artistic practice, Matthew helps people and organizations see the connections between business, creativity, and personal transformation. His work has taken him to 49 states and 33 countries, guiding conversations that blend innovation, philosophy, and real-world perspective. A cancer survivor, entrepreneur, writer, and mentor, Matthew’s voice is one of clarity, curiosity, and deep care for the human experience.
A longtime friend of Worthshop, Matthew returns to WS9 as co-MC, bringing his steady presence and expansive perspective back to the room. His voice has helped shape the event’s evolution over the years, and this time, he’ll help guide the experience from the inside out—connecting moments, holding the thread, and helping us stay rooted in what matters most.
