Founder of John Picard & Associates, his fingerprints are on projects as varied as greening the White House under President Clinton, conceiving Atlantic Station in Atlanta, leading the transformation of Maui’s Grand Wailea Resort, and pushing LEED standards with Hangar 25, the world’s first platinum-certified jet hangar. Today, he advises airports, clean-tech firms, and major portfolios on digital architecture, AI, and regenerative systems that elevate both value and impact.
